The programme combines instructor-led sessions, workplace assignments, one-to-one coaching and practical resources. Participants are expected to apply the learning to live supplier relationships, so the course is grounded in real business situations rather than theory alone.
Modules 1–4 cover Core SRM foundations, including supplier segmentation, contract, performance and risk management, governance, lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
Modules 5–7 focus on Strategic SRM, including joint strategy development, value creation and the behavioural skills needed to build stronger supplier relationships, such as influence, trust and communication.
Module 8 covers supplier innovation, including how to identify, develop and deliver value through supplier-led innovation.
Module 9, APAC only covers supply chain sustainability, with a focus on sustainability risks and practical management approaches.
Participants also receive templates, tools and reference materials to support consistent application after the course.
