AI Adoption in Procurement
This training equips procurement and supply chain teams to apply AI in real use cases, introducing it into sourcing, contracts, and supplier management activities in a controlled and practical way.
SRM Advanced Training
This training equips procurement and supplier managers with the skills to strengthen engagement and unlock greater value from key supplier relationships.
Apply AI across procurement in a controlled, practical way
This course focuses on practical application. It works through real procurement use cases, showing how AI can support sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and internal workflows without disrupting how teams operate.
Each programme is tailored. A short discovery phase aligns the content to your organisation’s priorities, current level of adoption, and areas of focus. This keeps the training grounded in real scenarios rather than generic examples.
Participants leave with a clear view of where AI can be applied and a defined set of actions to take forward in their own environment.
Format: There are six online modules, which can be delivered in person or virtually. The content can be tailored to your organisation's specific requirements.

The programme is structured around six modules that reflect how AI is being applied across procurement and supply chain activity today.
Early modules focus on understanding where AI fits within sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and internal workflows. This includes how tasks are changing, where automation is effective, and where oversight is still required.
Later modules move into implementation. This covers governance, data considerations, risk, and how to introduce AI into existing processes without creating fragmentation or duplication.
The final module is focused on adoption. Participants define practical use cases and build a 90-day plan aligned to their organisation’s priorities
-
By the end of this course, your team will understand where AI can be applied across procurement, how to introduce it responsibly, and how to move from isolated use to consistent adoption.
The course is shaped by real procurement use cases and reflects how organisations are currently approaching AI. It focuses on practical application, governance, and the steps required to embed new ways of working without disrupting existing processes.

Training is delivered through a combination of activities to ensure participants apply what they learn in a practical setting:
Workshop: Instructor-led sessions delivered in an interactive format (virtual or in-person), focused on real procurement use cases.
Assignments: Participants apply each module to their own environment, working through relevant use cases and identifying where AI can support existing processes.
Support: Access to the course leader for guidance during and after the programme to support application and follow-up actions.
Resources: Supporting materials, templates, and reference content to help standardise how AI is applied across procurement activities.

What AI looks like for procurement in practice
The webinar covered how AI is already helping teams surface early risk signals, strengthen supplier conversations, and uncover opportunities that traditional tools often miss. We also shared the latest findings from our 2025 SRM Research and walked through examples of how organisations are building capability through practical, low risk experimentation
