The programme is structured around six modules that reflect how AI is being applied across procurement and supply chain activity today.

Early modules focus on understanding where AI fits within sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and internal workflows. This includes how tasks are changing, where automation is effective, and where oversight is still required.

Later modules move into implementation. This covers governance, data considerations, risk, and how to introduce AI into existing processes without creating fragmentation or duplication.

The final module is focused on adoption. Participants define practical use cases and build a 90-day plan aligned to their organisation’s priorities

By the end of this course, your team will understand where AI can be applied across procurement, how to introduce it responsibly, and how to move from isolated use to consistent adoption.

Training is delivered through a combination of activities to ensure participants apply what they learn in a practical setting:

Workshop: Instructor-led sessions delivered in an interactive format (virtual or in-person), focused on real procurement use cases.

Assignments: Participants apply each module to their own environment, working through relevant use cases and identifying where AI can support existing processes.

Support: Access to the course leader for guidance during and after the programme to support application and follow-up actions.

Resources: Supporting materials, templates, and reference content to help standardise how AI is applied across procurement activities.
