Gavin Hodgson is Head of Design-to-Cost at Vodafone Procure & Connect, with more than 20 years’ experience across procurement and supply chain leadership. He leads an international team using teardown methodology, cost engineering and advanced analytics to improve cost transparency across technology, products and services. His work helps organisations identify opportunities for improvement and make better-informed commercial decisions, with a strong focus on balancing value, cost and sustainability.
Richard Boyce | Head of Procurement Sales & Customer Success at Vodafone Procure & Connect
Richard leads Sales & Customer Success for Vodafone Procure & Connect (VP&C), with responsibility for helping organisations turn procurement and supply chain capabilities into measurable business value. He works with customers globally to deliver strategic outcomes across cost optimisation, working capital, logistics and technology solutions.
A seasoned international executive, Richard has held leadership positions across multiple industries and markets. Prior to joining Vodafone in November 2019, he served for 10 years as CEO of Altitude Global, an aviation maintenance company, following senior executive roles at the UK Post Office, Royal Mail Group and Cable & Wireless. His international career has taken him across the UK, Singapore, Australia and he is now based in Luxembourg.
Hilmi Harınkoç | Head of Digital Development at Vodafone Procure & Connect
Hilmi Harınkoç is Head of Digital Development at Vodafone Procure & Connect, with more than 20 years’ experience across procurement, finance, technology sourcing and digital transformation. He leads initiatives focused on turning AI and digital technologies into practical business outcomes, combining technology with the governance and adoption needed to implement them at scale. His work focuses on embedding digital capabilities into everyday procurement and helping organisations improve decision-making through smarter use of data and AI.
Alan Day is Chairman and Founder of State of Flux, which he established in 2004. He has more than two decades of experience in procurement, supply chain and supplier relationship management, working with major organisations around the world.
Before founding State of Flux, Alan ran Fisher & Paykel’s global supply chain, led Accenture’s European Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, and was Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at Cable & Wireless. He remains closely involved with State of Flux’s global clients and its annual Global SRM Research, sharing the findings and practical lessons with procurement leaders worldwide.
