Building on the success of our summits in Chicago, London, and Melbourne, we are bringing the Supplier Management Summit to Luxembourg for the first time this year. Speakers at the Luxembourg Summit

Ninian Wilson is Director of Supply Chain Management for Vodafone Group and CEO of Vodafone Procure & Connect. Since joining Vodafone in 2009, he has held senior leadership roles across technology sourcing, procurement and supply chain management, including responsibility for sourcing across Vodafone’s networks and IT estate. He now leads Vodafone Procure & Connect, a centralised supply chain and connectivity function with digital transformation at its core. Prior to Vodafone, Ninian held senior roles at Royal Mail and Cable & Wireless.

Sharon Moar | Director of Procurement Excellence at BMI Group

Sharon has more than 25 years’ experience leading global procurement, supply chain and transformation programmes. She has helped organisations create value through stronger supplier partnerships, operational excellence and business transformation.

Known for combining strategic thinking with practical execution, Sharon focuses on making procurement a stronger driver of business performance. At the Luxembourg Summit, she will explore why many SRM initiatives struggle to become embedded and how leaders can create lasting impact by keeping the focus on business outcomes.

Chiara has more than 20 years of experience leading strategy, transformation and operational excellence initiatives across global organisations. Her career spans consulting, finance, business operations and procurement, with a strong focus on driving organisational change and business value.

As Head of Procurement Center of Excellence at Takeda, Chiara leads efforts to strengthen procurement capabilities, improve processes and deliver transformation at scale. Known for connecting strategy with execution, she helps teams embed change and achieve lasting results.

Alan Day is Chairman and Founder of State of Flux, which he established in 2004. He has more than two decades of experience in procurement, supply chain and supplier relationship management, working with major organisations around the world.

Before founding State of Flux, Alan ran Fisher & Paykel’s global supply chain, led Accenture’s European Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, and was Director of Procurement and Supply Chain at Cable & Wireless. He remains closely involved with State of Flux’s global clients and its annual Global SRM Research, sharing the findings and practical lessons with procurement leaders worldwide.
