Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days prior to training: Cancellations made more than 45 days before the scheduled training date will receive a full refund of any fees paid, less any non-recoverable costs (e.g. venue deposits, materials already purchased).

  • 30–45 days prior to training: Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% charge of the total training fee. Any deposit paid will be retained, and if the balance has been invoiced it will be waived.

  • 29 days or less prior to training: Cancellations made 29 days or less before the scheduled training will be charged the full training fee. Any outstanding balance remains payable.

  • Non-attendance: If participants fail to attend without notice, the full training fee will be charged.

Substitutions and Rescheduling 

Participant Substitutions: You may substitute participants at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 3 working days prior to the training.

  • Rescheduling: Subject to availability, training dates may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested more than 30 days in advance. Requests to reschedule within 30 days of the training date may incur additional fees to cover committed costs.

Force Majeure 

If training cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party’s reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, strikes), both parties will work in good faith to reschedule. Payments already made will be applied to the rescheduled training.
