We're looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to help us deliver a reliable, high-quality web platform that our customers can depend on.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications. You'll take ownership of testing activities throughout the development lifecycle, from reviewing requirements and designing test scenarios through to executing tests, reporting defects, and validating fixes.

Working closely with our Customer Success team, the Product Manager, Developers, and fellow QA professionals, you'll help identify issues early, improve release confidence, and contribute to a culture of quality across the development team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review user stories, designs, and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios, risks, and edge cases.

• Create and maintain clear, structured test cases and test plans.

• Perform detailed manual testing across browsers, devices, and user journeys.

• Report, track, and verify defects with clear and reproducible evidence.

• Execute regression testing and support release sign-off activities.

• Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues.

• Monitor and communicate quality metrics, testing coverage, and release readiness.

• Help improve QA processes, standards, and documentation.

• Contribute to the growth of automated testing within the product team.

• Stay up to date with modern testing practices and tools.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 3+ years' experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably within web-based products.

• Strong understanding of QA principles, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.

• Experience creating comprehensive test cases and detailed bug reports.

• Hands-on experience testing responsive web applications across multiple browsers.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of quality outcomes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to translate unclear or evolving requirements into effective test coverage.

Desirable

• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright.

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

• API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.

• Knowledge of accessibility, performance, or security testing.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
